Thomas Weathers

Thomas William Weathers, age 57, died May 31, 2013. He was a Police officer. Survivors include his son Jesse (Candace) Weathers of England; siblings, Kenny Wayne Winans and Alisha Parnell; one grand child, Jessie Elizabeth Weathers and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents.
