Alice Kennedy

Alice Faye Kennedy, age 91, of Carlisle, Arkansas, passed away April 21, 2019. She was born August 11, 1927 to the late Roy Henry Coyle and Ida Bell (Beggs) Coyle. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Avery (WA) Kennedy Jr and children, Billy Fay Kennedy and Barbara Ann (Hutcheson) Ibbotson; sisters, Myrtle Cochran, Thelma Brown, Brothers: Doyle Coyle and Joe Coyle. She leaves behind 4 children, Wesley Dwayne (Ruth) Faulk, Rickey Joe (Debbie) Kennedy, Garry Lynn (Mary Ann) Kennedy and Tammie Renee (Steve) Nelson; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 1 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Carlisle, Arkansas followed by internment at Walters Chapel Cemetery. Memorial donations to New Hope Building Fund or Walters Chapel Cemetery. Special thanks to Chamber’s Nursing Home for the quality service and dedication to our mother.
