Bobby Baker

Bobby Joe Baker, age 70, died March 20, 2017.  “BJ” as many called him was a very kind and loving man. Always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. He farmed for most all of his life and his motto was “If you take care of your equipment, your equipment will take of you”. He enjoyed farming, shooting pool, playing washers, taking care of Jmar car wash and spending time with his family always put a smile on his face.  He is survived by his children, Teresa Pasley (Brad), Mary Ruth Ogle, Alexis Paige Baker and Jessie Dale Kirk (Elaina); eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, William Earl Baker, Viva Lee Johnson, Harold Gene Baker, Freddy LaVerne Baker, Dewey Wayne Baker and Shirley Mae Neal. He is preceded in death by his parents Ewin Edward and Rosa Lee Baker, brother, Charles Edward Baker and wife Patricia Ruth Baker.

Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 22 ^nd at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke with interment in Brownsville Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Online guest book, www.boydfuneralhome.net.
