Clyde C Andrews, 89, went to be with his Savior October 30, 2020, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born August 18, 1931, in Keo, Arkansas, the son of Dallas and Molly (Lackie) Andrews.
Clyde served with the U.S. Army (1948-1952) in Korea during the Korean War. Upon his return home, he married Martha “Jean” (Rockwell) Andrews on July 10, 1953, in Wickenburg, Arizona, while traveling from California to settle in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Clyde was a long-time member of Heritage Baptist Temple in Little Rock. He found joy in spending time with his family, traveling, fishing and singing as a member of The Arkansas Travelers (Gospel group), in his church and especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean Andrews (April 2016); grandson, Michael Andrews and brothers, David, Delbert, Lewis and Dallas Andrews.
Survived by his children, Michael (Alida) Andrews of Florissant, MO, Danial “Danny” (Tracy) Andrews of Hensley, AR and Lynda (David “Butch”) Williams of Spring Branch, TX; seven grandchildren, John “J.T” (Beth) Williams of New Braunfels, TX, Cory (Julie) Andrews of Houston, TX, Angela Andrews of Florissant, MO, Amanda Andrews of Little Rock, AR, Erin (Randy) Hansen of San Antonia, TX, Sarah Morrow of Cabot, AR and Monika (Nathan) Sebren of Benton, AR; great-grandchildren, Madison, Daphne and Jack Williams, Ethan, Livia and Reid Andrews, Darren, Gavin and Molly Grace Andrews, Clare and Robert Hansen, Gavin, Gage, Berkley and Madelynn Morrow, and Morgan Owen; two sisters, Dorothy Bryant of Bryant, AR and Martha Scott of Sherwood, AR; along with many nieces and nephews.
