Delbert Franklin “Butch” Warren, 77 of Conway went to be with the Lord December 3, 2018. Butch was born to the late Otha Warren, Sr. and Nancy Skillern Warren on September 14, 1941 in Humnoke, Arkansas.
Proceeded in death by his parents, a brother, Otha Warren, Jr. and a sister Betty Sue Bates. Butch is survived by his wife of 18 years Ann, brother Raymond “King” Warren and wife Hester, sister-in-law Jean Warren, niece Linda Wood (David), nephew Wayne Warren (Normandy), niece Beth VanPelt (Keith), niece Nancy Brown (Mark), niece Christy Warren, nephew Raymond Warren, Jr. and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Butch was a believer in Christ. He loved Dodgers baseball and recently completed a trip to the Baseball Museum in Kansas City and a St. Louis Cardinals game. He enjoyed hunting with family and friends. He spent his last several years living with his nephew JR Warren, who he thought of as his son.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 6 from 5-7 pm at Boyd Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at 11 am on Friday, December 7, 2018 with burial following in Carlisle Cemetery. Arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Online guestbook www.boydfuneralhome.net
