Karen Suzanne Browning Stivers’ body went to sleep in her home on September 22, 2020 in Austin, AR following complications due to kidney cancer. She spent exactly 53 years on earth before her spirit and soul graduated to spend eternity in Heaven.
Karen was born on September 22, 1967 in North Little Rock, AR to her parents, James Thomas Browning and Georgia Maelene Browning (Hudson). She graduated from Lonoke High School in 1985. Karen lived in and around the Lonoke/Woodlawn area after high school.
Karen loved all animals, especially horses and even showing horses as a young girl/adult. She loved talking to and spending time with all of her friends that she had met through the years, but nothing compared to the time she got to spend with her beloved grandkids. Karen was also a Sunday school teacher, a follower of God, and a definite lover of Jesus Christ. Her ability to love and forgive were evident throughout her 53 years of life on Earth.
Karen is survived by her mother, Maelene Hudson of Carlisle; son and daughter-in-law Thomas and Ashli Stivers of Lonoke; daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Seth Whitworth of Carlisle. Her four beloved grandkids were Ellison Whitworth (6), Clayton Whitworth (3), Kaden Stivers (12), Theodore Stivers (11 months). She is preceded in death by her father Thomas Browning.
