Lela Platt

Lela Savannah Platt, 17, passed away from this life, February 1, 2020. She was born to James D. Platt of Lonoke and April Glass of El Dorado on June 7, 2002. She is survived by her parents; four sisters Courtney Platt of Lonoke, Avery Platt of Monroe, La., Alicia Leonard, and Hoda Leonard; one brother London Glass of Savannah, Ga; grandparents James and Donna Platt of Junction City, Keith and Jackie Kassler of Scott, and Wayne and Sherry Glass of El Dorado; aunt Irma Henline of Savannah, GA; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who all loved her. Lela spent her young life enjoying the arts. She enjoyed clogging, drawing, doing makeup, and playing the piano. Her talents were many and only added to her beauty. She will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, February 9th at 2:00pm. Donations in Lela’s memory may be made to the Wade Knox Children’s Advocacy Center.
