Mary Locke

Mary Jane ‘Janie’ Taylor-Locke, 58, of North Little Rock peacefully passed away on October 3, 2018.  Janie is survived by her husband, Brian Locke and children, Theresa, Stephen, Brian Jr., Guen and a host of family and friends.

In 1981, soon after high school, Janie obtained her LPN license and then her RN License in 1986.  Janie spent her entire career working with women and babies.  The majority of the time was in labor and delivery.  She loved being a nurse helping mothers and families bring new lives into this world.   That was her calling and her passion.

A celebration of Janie’s life will be held Saturday October 6, 2018 from 1:00 -3:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 201 W. 4th Street, No. Little Rock, AR 72114.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to:  American Diabetes Assoc., Pulaski County Humane Society, or charity of your choice.

We thank our Lord, Jesus Christ for loaning us such a wonderful soul with such a charismatic spirit for the 58 years we had her.  She will never be forgotten.
