Michelle Smith

Michelle Lynn Kannich Smith, age 49, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, in Carlisle, Arkansas. She was born on November 29, 1972 in Plymouth, Wisconsin, to Max and Laural Kannich.

She was a 1990 graduate of Plymouth High School. She married Shawn Smith in December 1996 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She worked as a housewife, and always made sure everyone was okay. She truly loved the beach and always had a passion for dogs, but most importantly, she loved her whole family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Max Kannich.

She is survived by her husband, Shawn Smith and her three kids, Shawn Smith Jr., Shelby Smith, and Shey Smith.

Family, friends, and others who touched Michelle’s life are invited to the memorial service at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 1:00 pm to reminisce, grieve, and support each other through this hard time.
