Pat was born in North Little Rock on May 4, 1919, and went on to graduate from Mount Saint Mary Academy. Pat and Percy spent their first date dancing and enjoyed 67 wonderful years of marriage before Percy passed away in 2006. Pat taught dance in Central Arkansas for over 50 years, and during her retirement she enjoyed doting over Percy, spoiling grandchildren, and winning women’s golf tournaments at Rolling Hills Country Club in Cabot. Pat was a faithful follower of Christ and committed member of St Rose Catholic Church in Carlisle. She will be remembered by all as a spunky little Irish woman who lived life to the fullest and was loved by all who had the honor of knowing her.
The Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at St Rose Catholic Church in Carlisle. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pat’s life at St. Rose for the funeral mass 10 a.m., Monday. Burial to follow at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery, North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Rose Catholic Church or to The Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements, Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
