Nina Marie Snyder

Nina Marie Snyder, 72, of Lonoke passed away October 18, 2023. Nina is survived by her daughter, Niki Moss (Josh); son, Justin Hensley (Sunny); grandchildren, Maddie Moss, Ethan Moss, and Georgia Wilkerson; as well as her sister, Patsy McCann. Preceding her in death was her husband, Jack M. Snyder, and parents, Billie Jean McCann and Annie Mae Elliott Miller. 

At only nineteen years old, Nina was the first employee hired to the new Remington Arms plant as it was being built in December of 1969. She retired from her position of Senior Buyer there in 2003 after 34 years of exemplary service. In her retirement, she enjoyed golf outings with her husband and their friends; tended the flowers in her beautiful patio garden where she frequently photographed hummingbirds, butterflies, and the other wildlife that gathered there; and she loved every opportunity to spend time with her children and grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be make to the Arkansas Foodbank.  

Visitation will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 24th, at Boyd Funeral Home, services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM, with her cousin, Freddie McCann officiating.
