Ovella High, age 90, died February 19, 2015. Preceding in death is her husband J.D. High. She is survived by her children Richard (Sharon) High, Sharon (Gary) Spears and Jeff (Denise) High, all of Lonoke; six grandchildren, Ricky (Candice) High, Jamie (Wade) Staton, Teresa (James) Butler, Mandy (David) Walters, Jody (Brooke) Spears, and Matt (Lyndsey) High; four great-grandchildren, Valerie Staton, Brooke Butler, Michael Staton and Skye Butler; and sister Dorothy Barnes of Greenbrier.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 22, at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Wattensaw Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to New Hope Baptist Church, c/o Martha Park 1612 Hwy 236 Lonoke, AR 72086 www.boydfuneralhome.net .
