Robert "Bud" Henderson

Robert Lynn “Bud” Henderson, 72, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away July 27, 2023. He was born on September 2, 1950, in Lonoke, Arkansas to the late Jesse “Hulon” and Evelyn Welch Henderson.

Bud was a 1968 Lonoke High School graduate. He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, James Ronald, and son, Buddy Ray.

He is survived by children, Kelli Sue (Kenny) Howard, Cristal (Rodney) Fisher, Amanda Capshaw, and Jason (Laurie) Hoover; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a special niece, Lauren Henderson; siblings, Elizabeth Caldwell, Melinda Henderson, and Jesse (Kim) Henderson; and long-time girlfriend, Donna Harper.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at New Hope Church, 585 New Hope Road, Carlisle, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers the family asks to donate to Bud’s favorite charity, St. Jude, or a charity of your choice.
