Robert "Robby" Wilson

December 4, 1985 — January 12, 2021

Lonoke, Arkansas

Robert “Robby” Woodrow Wilson went to his Heavenly home on January 12, 2021 at the age of 35 after a month long battle with COVID.

Robby is survived by his wife, Leslie (Park); his children Madyson and Parker; his parents Pete and Beverly (Farish) Wise; and his sister Emily Wilson.  Robby was born on December 4, 1985 in Springfield, MO.  His family later relocated to Bigelow, AR where he spent the majority of his childhood.

He became a father in 2005 to Madyson.  He married his wife, Leslie on November 27, 2010.  And they had Parker Wilson in 2013.  His most important role in life was Dad.  He always taught his girls to be strong, stand up for themselves, and to not let anybody tell them they can’t do something.  He had a tattoo on his wrist “RYR”...remember your reasons...and his reasons were his wife and daughters.  Everything he did was for them.

His second role in life was his career as a college scout.  He led 550 high school softball players in the college recruiting process to achieve their dream of playing collegiate ball.  Besides being with his family, the softball fields were where you could find him on any given weekend.  He also loved riding motorcycles and felt most at peace while riding and taking corners.

Due to COVID, the family will be having a private family service January 14, 2021.  Robby wanted a big party so plans will be made for the summer to do this for him.  In lieu of flowers, Leslie is requesting that donations be made in Robby’s name to a softball travel team or youth league team local to your area.  Softball was his passion and this would honor him most.
