William Odom

William Allen (Bill) Odom age 90 of Lonoke, AR went to be with the Lord August 6th 2020.  He was born in Gravesville , AR on April the 10th, 1930.  He was preceded in death by his father, Newton Hiram Odom, Mother Hester Mae (Brannon) Odom, wife Maureen (Harris) Odom, sons Richard S., Randall H, brothers, Obie, Collins, Coy V., Wilburn, Willard, sisters, Sybil, Onie, and Shelby Jean.  He is survived by one brother Randall Odom, children William Allen (Billy) Odom, of Heber Springs AR, Shirley (Odom) Whittenburg of El Paso AR, Lou Ann (Odom) Hall of Arkadelphia AR Carla Sue Odom of Mountain Home AR Dale Eugene Odom Of Wilmar MN. John Tracy Odom of Lonoke AR with lots of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.

He was a Master Mason bricking many of the earlier homes and businesses in Lonoke County and beyond.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter when he had his health and was very good at it.  He was a Baptist by faith, loved to watch Billy Graham.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, August the 11th at the Lonoke Cemetery, Lonoke AR, provided by Boyd Funeral Home. www.boydfuneralhome.net
