Calvin Scrimsher of the Pentecostal Faith passed away November 17, 2014. He was a retired farmer who loved hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and three siblings.
Survivors are his wife of 58 years Geneva Scrimsher, children, Jason Scrimsher of the home, Shirley (Larry) Bryant of Hamilton Loop, Brenda (Gary) Jackson and Connie (Johnny) Jenkins of Furlow, and Calvin Earl (Tanya) Scrimsher of Hazen; three sisters, Francis (Quitman) Church of Evadale, Texas, Naomi (Jim) Loyd of Ward and Judy (Bud Brewer) of Humnoke; eight grandchildren, Tracie Graves, Amber Lavoie, Jessy Jenkins, Sarah Jenkins, Chris Bryant, Jeremy Jarrett and Kara Jarrett; six great-grandchildren, Hunter Bryant, Anna Bryant, Emily Lavoie, Shelby Lavoie and D.J. Lavoie, Austin Graves and new last but not least two special dogs, Rosie and Daisy.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20 at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Online guest book, www.boydfuneralhome.net.
