Jennie Lee Staton Haggard, 89, formerly of Lonoke County, AR, died January 7, 2015 in Columbia, TN. Mrs. Haggard was the wife of a retired farmer and a former mail carrier. She was a member of The Church at Station Hill in Spring Hill, TN.
She is survived by her daughter, Janie Burnett of Columbia, TN; two grandchildren: Delana Burnett and husband, Cliff Banasiak, of Grand Haven, MI; Josh Burnett and wife, Carrie, of Spring Hill, TN; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Kamryn Burnett. Four brothers: Lynn Staton of El Dorado, AR; John (Shannon) Staton of Petersburg, VA; Everett (Liz) Staton of Hot Springs, AR; and Carroll (Brenda) Staton of Prosper, TX; and one sister, Clara (B.W.) Ferguson of Lonoke, AR.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. Waldron and son, Darrell; son-in-law, Randy Burnett; brother, Jerry Staton; and sisters, Aldah Hogue and Shirley Horton.
Visitation is at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 10 followed by the celebration of life service at 11 at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke with Royal Burt officiating.
