Steven “Brian” James, 54, of Carlisle, Arkansas passed away May 27, 2022. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 30, 1967, to Mae James.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy James; children, Candy (DJ) James and Dustin (Anna) James, both of Carlisle; grandchildren, Presley and Paisley; mother, Mae James of Carlisle; sister, Windy (Ray) Horton of Lonoke; brother, Kevin James of Carlisle; aunts, Wanda James of Carlisle and Faye Oswalt of Forrest City; Uncles Kenny James of Carlisle and Jessy James of Lonoke; a friend who became a brother, Sid Sheets; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Boyd Funeral Home, 207 E 2nd Street in Lonoke, Arkansas with burial to follow at Carlisle Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Boyd Funeral Home.
